Welcome to the career website of Elad Software Systems Ltd. (hereinafter: the Company, We, Us), located at https://careers.eladsoft.com (hereinafter: the Website or the Site).
The Company is part of a group of companies, including the following: Elad Data Ltd., Elad Business Applications Ltd., Elad Computing Solutions 2001 Ltd., Elad Human Resources Ltd., Risotec Ltd. (collectively, hereinafter: the Group Companies).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information collected about you while using the website and any other site or domain we operate (see the list at the bottom of this policy), including information about the use of Cookies, as detailed in clause 4 below.
This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use available on the Website and applies to information that identifies or may identify you personally. By using the Website or providing information to the Company, you agree that we may collect, use, and share your personal information as described in this Policy. Therefore, before using the Website or providing personal information to the Company, please ensure that you have read this Privacy Policy carefully and that you understand it.
This Policy does not apply to (a) personal information collected on the group’s career website, managed by the Company and intended for job applications with the Group Companies, which is subject to the employee privacy policy available at https://careers.eladsoft.com; (b) personal information processed by the Group Companies as holders of information in the group’s customer databases.
This Privacy Policy is written in masculine form for convenience but is equally applicable to all genders.
Agreement
You may provide us with information on the Site through the ‘Contact Us’ window (as detailed below). However, under privacy laws, you are not legally obligated to provide us with information, and you do so at your personal discretion. If you choose not to provide us with information, you will be unable to use some parts of the Site. When using the site, you must provide accurate, reliable, and correct information.
Your use of the Site or provision of details in any other way will be considered as your explicit consent to this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, do not provide the Company with any information through the Site, or otherwise.

It will be clarified that any information you enter in this free text box will be sent to us as is, and therefore, you are requested to only provide essential details for your request; if you choose to provide personal information, it will be considered as consent for collection, processing, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to such processing and use, you are requested not to provide or share such information with us in the free text box.
Joining our community events – If you choose to subscribe to the newsletter through which we will inform you about our community events, you will be required to enter your full name and email address. Your subscription to the newsletter requires consent to receiving advertising materials, updates, marketing offers, benefits, etc. You can cancel receipt of the newsletter at any time by clicking on the dedicated ‘unsubscribe’ link included in the message itself or by contacting us through the Website.
Without derogating from the foregoing, the Company collects and uses the information detailed above for the following purposes:

Recruitment and assessment agencies. We may share information with recruitment agencies or parties conducting tests related to the recruitment, screening, and evaluation process.

We may share information about you with the group companies if the position you are applying for is intended to serve multiple group companies, or if we find a match between your qualifications and a position at one of the group companies. Information about a candidate who has been hired becomes subject to the privacy policy applicable to the Company’s employees from the date of his employment.
Requests to Review the Data, Amend the Data and Questions
You may contact us to request to review, correct or delete information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up to date, all subject to any applicable law. Please contact us at office@elad.co.il regarding any such request, or if you have any questions or comments regarding the way we handle information about you.
As detailed in this Privacy Policy, we share information with third parties; you hereby acknowledge and agree that if you ask us to update or delete information about you, we will not be able to update or delete information that has been transferred to third parties for the purpose and is held by those third parties in accordance with their terms.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or change the Privacy Policy from time to time, as necessary and subject to our sole discretion and without obligation to provide notice, prior and/or retrospectively. If such changes and/or updates are made, they will enter into force immediately upon display of the updated Privacy Policy in the system. The date of the last change will be reflected under the heading ‘Last updated’. If we make changes that, in our discretion, may materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable measures to notify you of this through the system or otherwise.
